Reporting student achievement is a key component of the overall assessment and evaluation process.
The mid-term report provides valuable information on student achievement mid-way through the semester.
The Response Form provides an opportunity for Parents/Guardians to comment on their son/daughter’s achievement, goals and plans.
Before you sign and record comments, please review the summary of grades, the evaluation of learning skills, the teacher comments on the report card as well as the student comments.
Your son/daughter has been instructed to return the signed Response Form by Monday, November 27.
