St. Mary’s HS is excited to announce that it will be hosting RELAY for LIFE this spring!
In 2018 and 2019, SMH hosted Relay for Life events in support of the Canadian Cancer Society. During those events, approximately 900 students and staff participated and over $100,000 was raised in support of much-needed cancer research and patient services. Seeing our community come together in such a positive way was incredible! Unfortunately, the pandemic put a stop to our 2020 Relay for Life event, but we are excited to announce that we are bringing Relay for Life back in 2022!

- location: St. Mary’s Football Field
- cost to register: $20
(includes: t-shirt, lunch, luminary, event activities) - minimum funds raised / donated per participant: $50
(in addition to the $20 registration fee – total minimum commitment = $70)
Step 1 – relaying on your own, or as part of a team? – you decide
Step 2 – register online (deadline: Fri., May 13th)
Step 3 – complete a parent/guardian permission form on School Cash Online (deadline: Wed., June 1st)
Step 4 – fundraise or donate $50 or more (deadline: Wed., June 1st)
Step 5 – have a blast on June 10th
