The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, observed on September 30th, is a time for reflection and commitment to honouring the history and legacy of Indigenous Peoples in Canada. The WCDSB and St. Mary’s HS is dedicated to engaging our community in meaningful dialogue, education, and healing.
September 23 to September 30, 2024 in National Truth & Reconciliation Week. Actioning the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action, St. Mary’s will fly the Every Child Matters flag for the full week.
This flag symbolizes our commitment to reconciliation and aligns with our Multi-Year Strategic Plan and Pastoral Plan.
