St Mary’s will select one award winner ($200 will be donated to the charity of the winner’s choice). The grade 11 award recipient will then have the opportunity to apply for the France-Anne Sweeny Graduate Award next year (and be considered to receive one of ten $1000 awards).

Participating in Relay for Life is a special tradition at SMH. Since 2018, approximately 1600 students have participated resulting in almost $200,000 raised in support of the Canadian Cancer Society! St. Mary’s is proud to announce the launch of the new Grade 12 Hospitality Food Service business, apart of a new program the Hospitality class is trying this semester, EAGLE EATS!!!
This hot lunch/cafe style business, developed by the students, will offer healthy and homemade rotating menus every Friday for Periods 3 and 4 lunches, all prepared and served by the Grade 12 Hospitality/Baking students. With student-friendly pricing and a variety of savory and sweet options, it is perfect for both Staff and Students.
Menus will be posted weekly on Eagle Vision and on our Instagram page @SMHHospitality.
Gift certificates must be purchased through School Cash Online for student purchases of food.

Explore Your Future brings together local grade 7-12 students and their parents/guardians to explore opportunities for work and learning.
Parents and guardians are invited to attend this FREE community EVENT with their children, but all are welcome. Please help us share this opportunity with other youth in your life who will benefit from this great experience.
Representatives from over 75 regional organizations will showcase careers in their industry and answer your questions PLUS attend interactive presentations on the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program, experiential programs such as Specialist High Skills Major and Co-operative Education.
