As Quadmester 1 comes to an end, the St. Mary’s HS administration would like you to be aware of the following:
- Students need to look on their Quad 1 LMS (Learning Management System: D2L or Google Classroom), to see when the final date to submit term work is for their classes.
- On November 10th and 11th, we will be operating on a special timetable, please see below.
- During each of those classes (Nov. 10 & 11), teachers will be conducting end of quad activities.
- There will be No Final Exams this year. Possible end of quad activities could include: culminating activities, portfolios, exit interviews, credit rescue, unit tests, essays, reflections, etc.
- All Hybrid students will follow the same schedule outlined below.
- November 10th and 11th are regular instructional days.
All students are expected to be at school on these days. Attendance will be taken. - If your child is a member of the Active Living or Community Living program, they will be at school during regular hours on both the 10th and 11th, but they will not be attending school on Nov. 12th.
Special Timetable – Nov 10 & 11
- Wed., November 10th – Period 1 Final Evaluation: 9:05 – 11:05 (Buses depart at 11:15 and 11:25 a.m.)
- Thurs., November 11th – Period 2 Final Evaluation: 9:05 – 11:05 (Buses depart at 11:15 and 11:25 a.m.)
Other Important Dates
- Fri., November 12th – Turn Around Day. There are NO classes for students on this day.
- Mon., November 15th – Quad 2 starts.
