Quadmester 1 – Final 3 Days – Nov. 10, 11, 12 – Important Info
As Quadmester 1 comes to an end, the St. Mary’s HS administration would like you to be aware of the following:
- Students need to look on their Quad 1 LMS (Learning Management System: D2L or Google Classroom), to see when the final date to submit term work is for their classes.
- On November 10th and 11th, we will be operating on a special timetable, please see below.
- During each of those classes (Nov. 10 & 11), teachers will be conducting end of quad activities.
- There will be No Final Exams this year. Possible end of quad activities could include: culminating activities, portfolios, exit interviews, credit rescue, unit tests, essays, reflections, etc.

Pathways to the Trades
Looking for every day at work to be different? Interested in earning while learning? Do you enjoy solving problems? Or working with your hands? These are some of the benefits of a career in the skilled trades.
Our next virtual Explore Your Future panel includes Andie Davidson, Dan Orchard, Braeden Borges and Anabela DeAraujo. They will share what skilled trade they chose and why. They will describe their current job and the journey they’ve taken since high school to get to this place in their career. We will also have special guests to share how to get involved in apprenticeships in high school or at college.

2021 Grad Video Release and Diploma, Awards, & Program Pickup
2021 Virtual Grad Video
The 2021 Graduation Video release is set for Thursday, October 7th at 6:00 pm. It will be available to view online until Tuesday, October. 12, at 9:00 am.
To view the Grad Video, click HERE to complete a short survey. Upon completion of the survey – you will be provided with a link to the video.
Diploma, Award(s) and Program Pick-up
On Friday, October. 8th, 2021, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, 2021 grads are asked to come to the St. Mary’s HS main office to pick up their diplomas, any awards they may have won, and a grad program.
Parent/Teacher/Student Interviews – Quad 1 – October 7th
Parent/Teacher/Student Interviews for Quadmester 1, will take place on Thursday, October 7th, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm and from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
